By buying directly from the developer (no middleman), we keep the cost of your new home as low as possible.
Total price of the house 350.000€ fracionados in 4 payments
First Payment
Reservation fee €17,500 (5% of the purchase price)
Second Payment
Purchase contract with 35% deposit upon conclusion of contract and start of construction (122,500 €)
Third Payment
2nd installment 35% after completion of the shell (122,500 €)
Last Payment
3rd installment 25% upon delivery of the keys (€87,500)
